Area L AHEC, Gateway Convention Center,

If you go past the Area L AHEC office, exit at the next ramp onto Highway 97.  Turn to the left and take the exit ramp on the right.  Travel to the break in the median and turn left by NET Technologies.

From Raleigh, take Highway 64 from Raleigh to Rocky Mount.  Upon approaching Rocky Mount, you will cross I-95.  Approximately 3.3 miles after crossing I-95, exit to the right at the By-Pass 301/Wesleyan Boulevard exit.  Make a right turn at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp and onto By-Pass 301/Wesleyan Boulevard.  Area L AHEC is 4.1 miles down on the left side of the road immediately past the Highway 97/airport exit.

From Roanoke Rapids, take I-95 to exit 138.  This is the HIghway 64 exit for Rocky Mount.  The exit sign reads "Raleigh, Nashville, Rocky Mount, Tarboro."  Continue on Highway 64 toward Rocky Mount for 3.3 miles.  Exit to the right at the By-Pass 301/Wesleyan Boulevard exit, and make a right turn at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp onto By-Pass 301/Wesleyan Boulevard.  Area L AHEC is 4.1 miles down on the left side of the road immediately past the Highway 97/airport exit.

From Tarboro, take Highway 64 to Rocky Mount.  Exit at Bypass 301/Wilson exit and make a right turn at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp.  This is By-Pass 301/Wesleyan Boulevard.  Area L AHEC is 4.1 miles down on the left side of the road immediately past the Highway 97/airport exit.

From Wilson, take Highway 301 North to Rocky Mount.  Area L AHEC is on the right side of the road, 13.4 miles from the junction of Highway 301 and Highway 42 in Wilson. Just as you enter Rocky Mount, you will see Bowden Electric Company, Smithsons, and NET Technologies (all on the right).   Turn to the right on the road just past NET Technologies and then turn to the left into the Area L AHEC driveway.  (Begin to slow down when you reach Bowden Electric and look for the road - it is easy to miss.)

From Rocky Mount, take By-Pass 301 South.  Area L AHEC is 4.1 miles past the Highway 64 exit on the left side of the road immediately past the Highway 97/airport exit.
 
 

To The Gateway Convention Center -- Rocky Mount
Take US 64 to Rocky Mount.  Take the Winstead Avenue /Hospital exit; Turn onto Winstead Avenue (left coming from Tarboro, right coming from Raleigh); turn left at the next stoplight after the exit.  Take the first immediate left, you will see the Holiday Inn on your left and the Gateway Convention Center on your right.

To Halifax Regional Medical Center -- Roanoke Rapids
Take Highway 158 West from Interstate 95 in Roanoke Rapids. Follow the hospital signs to Smith Church Road.

To The Kirkwood F. Adams Community Center -- Roanoke Rapids
Take I-95 to Roanoke Rapids and exit onto Highway 158W.  When 158 forks to the left, go right on Julian Allsbrook Highway for several blocks to Hamilton  Street. Make a right turn onto Hamilton Street and continue for several blocks to the Kirkwood  F. Adams Community Center which will be located on the right.

Nash Health Care Systems -- Rocky Mount
Take US 64 to Rocky Mount.  Take the Winstead Avenue /Hospital exit; Turn onto Winstead Avenue (left coming from Tarboro, right coming from Raleigh); turn right at the next stoplight at Curtis Ellis Drive.  Follow the traffic circle 180 degrees.  Follow the drive to the parking deck.

To The Wilson County Agricultural Center
From Greenville, travel west on Hwy. 264.  In Wilson, turn left on Hwy. 301.  At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto Ward Boulevard.  Turn left at the next traffic light on Goldsboro Street.  The Wilson County Agricultural Center will be on the right.

From Rocky Mount, travel south on Hwy. 301 to reach the Wilson city limits.  Turn right at the sixth traffic light onto Ward Boulevard.  Turn left at the next traffic light onto Goldsboro Street.  The Wilson County Agricultural Center will be on the right.

From Raleigh, travel east on Hwy. 64.  At Zebulon, take Hwy. 264 East to Wilson.  At the fifth traffic light turn right onto Ward Boulevard.  At the sixth traffic light, turn right onto Goldsboro Street.  The Wilson County Agricultural Center will be on the right.

To Wilson Medical Center -- Wilson
From Greenville, Travel 264W (to Wilson); follow to 301S; make a left turn onto 301S until it turns into 264 bypass (turn right); make a left turn onto Tarboro Street; Wilson Medical Center is on the left.

From Raleigh, Travel 64E to 264E (to Wilson); make a right turn at Forest Hills Road; make a left turn onto Tarboro Street (Highway 42); Wilson Medical Center is on the right.

From Roanoke Rapids, Travel 95S to 264 (to Wilson); make a right turn at Forest Hills Road; make a left turn onto Tarboro Street (Highway 42); Wilson Medical Center is on the right.
